"My son started Baby Room (Clapham Old Town) when he was 9 months old. It was really hard at first and I was worried whether we were doing the right thing, but from the word 'go' all the staff at Baby Room were so kind, caring and interested in everything about Sebastian and our whole family. They made us feel at ease from day one and always had time to discuss any issues we had. I love the fact they give a report each day and my son loved me reading it on the way home. All the staff are very professional, confident, and most importantly, caring. We unfortunately moved oversees when Sebastian was almost 3 years, otherwise I would have continued Seb's education at Baby Room and sent my second baby there as well. We've just enrolled Sebastian in a new nursery in Dubai and as a result of his time at Baby Room he is an extremely confident, bright, happy and independent child. We will miss his lovely friends he made at Baby Room - the children played so well together - and his wonderful teachers, as well as all the experiences he gained there. I couldn't recommend Baby Room more highly."

We've found the staff to be consistently warm and personal and patient with him - he's a really challenging eater and it can be really disheartening and I've felt they've all rallied round to help. I feel that they all know him well, despite the fact that he only comes 2 days a week and has been there less than 8 months. Also I usually collect him with his big sister who's very talkative but who's always made welcome, and these things really make a difference. All this really came out when the team showed no hesitation in him joining in even with his leg in a plaster cast, which made me feel really well supported at a challenging time.”
