Sarah Roberts, Operations Manager

Sarah has operational responsibility for all aspects of Baby Room, reporting directly to Alison Murray, Managing Director. She started her career in childcare in 1998 and has worked alongside Alison since they opened the first Baby Room nursery at Webb’s Road in 2005. Leanne O'Reilly, Area Manager

Leanne works closely with Sarah having day to day responsibility for all the Baby Room nurseries. She joined Baby Room in 2005 as Room Leader in Blue Room Webbs Road having worked in children's nurseries since 1999. She went on to gain her Foundation Degree in Early Years and Education in 2009. Shakiesha Salmon-Jetawo

Shakeisha joined Baby Room in 2007 and holds her NVQ Level 3 in Childcare. She now works for Baby Room as Acting Manager covering Nursery Manager's days off. Shakeisha is currently studying for her Foundation degree in Early Childhood Studies at South Thames College.
